Refund Policy

1. Free trial
Every new firm gets a 14-day free trial. No card is needed and nothing is charged automatically when the trial ends. You only pay if you choose a plan.
2. Refunds
If you're not happy with Reqmora, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of any subscription payment. We refund the whole payment, with no questions asked.
3. Cancelling
You can cancel at any time from Billing in your dashboard. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.
4. How to ask for a refund
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. To ask for a refund, use the link in your Paddle receipt email, visit paddle.net, or contact us. Refunds go back to the original payment method.

Reqmora is operated by HadesReality (Pvt) Ltd, a private limited company registered in Sri Lanka.
