About Reqmora

While I was building Reqmora, a visa application of our own made the problem personal.

Our consultant asked for a long list of documents. We handed some over in person to be scanned, and sent others through WhatsApp and email. Then, at the last moment, the requests started again, some of them for documents we had already provided.

With an important trip ahead of us, we were searching old conversations, checking sent emails, and trying to remember which papers had been scanned. We weren't short of documents. We were trying to prove we had already done the work.

Bookkeeping clients go through the same thing every month. Statements go out by email, receipts by text, and a few weeks later the reminders arrive for things that were already sent. On the other side, the bookkeeper is piecing the month together from the same scattered messages.

Sending a request is easy. Seeing it through takes a shared, reliable picture of what has arrived, whether it's right, and what's still missing. The person sending documents deserves to know their effort counted. The professional collecting them needs a record they can trust.

That's what Reqmora is for: every document accounted for, every outstanding item clear, and fewer reasons for anyone to chase anyone.
